"How do I write to tech support?"

Send an e-mail to [email protected]
Please state your UserID number and the problem.
If you don't have a UserID, then we would ask that you only write about exceptional issues. We do care about all our users, and if you have something important to say, or a good question, we will write back.
"I have e-mailed you 3 times and no one has written back."

If you have not received a prompt e-mail response from tech support, the most common cause is that your e-mail address is not valid or your mail server is refusing e-mail for you. In such cases often users will continue to send us e-mails, and become disappointed because of perceived neglect, often not realizing that their e-mail address is invalid or their server is rejecting their e-mail.

Another common cause is that an e-mail is sent to us without a body, with only an attachment. We can't open e-mails if there is nothing (or nothing sensible) written in the body of the message.

We usually always write back promptly to users. If a user is not eligible for tech support we will still write back, and still provide help with respect to any feature that is not working the way it should be or advise a UserID is required.

If we don't write back it is usually for one of the following reasons:
  • E-mail return address is invalid
  • Your E-Mail server is rejecting e-mails
  • E-mail sent to us without a message in the body
  • E-mail sent to us contains a virus
  • E-mail sent to us cannot be readily translated into English by machine translation
  • E-mail is incoherent
  • E-mail is not about a technical issue
